Surprise, surprise Franklin line late again

The 7:14 train from Norfolk was almost 20 minutes arriving to Norfolk. Who knows, maybe another free ticket. Check your arrival time. If you have monthly pass you can always cash in your two free tickets for cold hard cash at South Station or Back Bay!

Service Guarantee

Don't forget to put in for your free tickets when service is delayed more than 30 minutes. I wonder how much it is costing the company to give away free tickets?

Does anyone know why the conductors are not opening more doors on the train?? Why do we pay surcharge to purchase tickets on the train? Isn't that part of the job of a conductor? If they don't sell tickets, what do they do?? I know they are responsible for our safety but why charge us premium to perform part of their job? Who has time to wait in line at ticket counter at South Station to get ticket before boarding train? It wouldn't be so bad if they had more than 1 or 2 windows open to service customers.

Train troubles

Are there other frustrated commuter passengers out there? Does anyone know why the commuter rail into South Station is consistently late?? It seems everyday on the Franklin line we have to went for inbound train to pass before continuing on our journey home.

Let me know your thoughts? I saw article in Boston Globe about passengers being upset and that includes me!!
